"I left the State Farm in Greensburg because I only met the agent one time out of several years because he refused to meet us on a weekend because he does not work weekends. However when I started with them he did and he was just starting. So I finally went to AllState in Batesville.. This location is a joke and she Owen’s her own company other than AllState. If she can’t cover someone through AllState she covers them through her company sound unethical to me. My point is after she starts your policy she doesn’t have time for you from that point on. She doesn’t answer emails or take calls she uses her family members to shield her especially when $!!! Off. Never go to them not to mention after one year they raised our policy’s and we had zero claims. I started shopping around again and found this location StateFarm and the agent was absolutely amazing and did not give up and talked to me on and off for probably 6 months before I made the move to leave AllState. This agent is 10000 percent transparent and is open and honest and I would do it all over again, better yet I would have done it sooner. The price, and customer service is superior to all others. If you are looking don’t decide until you talk with them. Brian and the crew are the best. I am an honest customer and did not get paid for this review. I gave them all my business house, 6 vehicles, 2bikes, golf cart, camping trailer. Thank you"

"Been with them for years, transferred policy’s from apartment to apartment and something’s always messed up. Apartment numbers wrong, residents that were previously listed somehow removed? Billing randomly not populating a bill for car insurance. ALWAYS given the run around and not taken seriously. Save your time and choose one of the other 20 agents in the area. Unless of course you have time to call the office every month to mess with your policy & bill. If you are down on money they will offer you a $25 Amazon card to leave a positive review"

"I filled out a questionnaire online about saving on car insurance and was spammed by a bunch of numbers, but I got a text message from State Farm telling me what my new rate could be which peaked my interest as it was over $100 less then I was currently paying. Eddy was able to get me better coverage at a much cheaper rate! 10/10 would recommend!"
