"Been with them for years, transferred policy’s from apartment to apartment and something’s always messed up. Apartment numbers wrong, residents that were previously listed somehow removed? Billing randomly not populating a bill for car insurance. ALWAYS given the run around and not taken seriously. Save your time and choose one of the other 20 agents in the area. Unless of course you have time to call the office every month to mess with your policy & bill. If you are down on money they will offer you a $25 Amazon card to leave a positive review"
